Our Return Policy 


Return Policies are subject to change without prior notice. Customers should review these return policies prior to making each purchase. If you do not understand any of the following terms please STOP - DO NOT ORDER - CALL US TOLL FREE 1 800 423-6674 or e-mail us and we will be glad to go over them with you.
Otherwise we will infer that you have read, understood and agreed with all the terms of the sale. 


Additions and Cancellations to orders need to be done via Phone within two (2) business hours and before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time of the day of the purchase in order to maintain same day shipping and avoid restocking charges. This is also subject to the manufactures shipping schedules and policies. Written requests via e-mail and fax may not be received in time to make changes. We will make every attempt to make things happen for you and avoid charges but charges to us will be passed through to you if unavoidable when acting on your requests.

Money Back Guarantee – To qualify the item must be in new and unused condition and be communicated within the week of delivery (7 days). The items are generally shipped from the manufacturer (drop shipped) and any restocking fees from the manufacturer will apply to the purchase. Some items can be shipped by requesting an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) as supplied by the manufacturer. Following the directions for the package pick-up is critical. This will be determined when you request a return of merchandise. Other items may need to ship back at your expense. Either way the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not always know what that shipping cost is but will not add any handling to the charge.


  • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not we will do our best to reconcile the matter for you.
  • Items to be returned to us must initiate contact within the first week (7 days) of receipt of the product (s). 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, and free from damage or wear) In the case of compression stocking that had been worn they must be laundered prior to return or they will automatically be rejected and forfeited.
  • Orders that are refused for delivery may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • No refunds will be given on shipping charges.
  • Return shipping instructions must be followed and return shipping can have additional shipping charges associated. These charges may not be information we have access to but we will try to accurately project them for you. The delivery company can change these without our knowledge, so the best thing you can do is be as sure as you can when you order. You may even contact us to ensure we can help in your decision process. If a Serial Number is submitted to the manufacturer and they make a recommendation then it becomes their responsibility to rectify any problems.
  • Specialty requested items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Only defective product returns will be accepted after 30 days, for repair or replacement and will conform to the manufactures product warranty guidelines and or guarantees.
  • Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify HME2GO.com within 7 days if any products are missing or damaged through the shipping process.
  • Diabetic Supplies cannot be returned. All sales are final. Please contact the manufacturer if you have any questions regarding defective items. Check your package for the manufacturer name and contact information. We only offer diabetic supplies by special request
  • Urologicals, Incontinence, Ostomy Orthopedic Compression and Wound care products cannot be returned. All sales are final. Please contact the manufacturer if you have any questions regarding defective items. Check your package for the manufacturer name and contact information. 
  • Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Clearance items are not returnable except for replacement of defective items. 
  • Credit card purchases will only be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. 
  • The only exception to these rules will be the Mediven Stockings. The Medi stockings come with a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee from the manufacturer. The time line for 30 days will begin with the purchase and ship date. All returns must be directed through the mail (e mail or regular mail) or phone call process before the items may be returned. Any replacement products may be subject to additional shipping costs or product costs depending on the situation. All refunds will be given when the returned products are in hand and will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. This may require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). You will be instructed on how to proceed after contact and approval.
